Pagi ni seorang sahabat menghantar satu gambar menerusi whataps dari sheikh Yusof Qardawi, yang mempunyai kata- kata
"Menggunakan internet untuk menyampaikan maklumat Islam dan suara Islam serta memperlihatkan Islam, merupakan satu jihad Utama"
Saya hairan, kenapa kata-kata ini diambil, adakah kata-kata ini betul sangat? Adakah kata-kata ini baik kerana dia Yusof Qardawi ?
Yusof Qardawi, merupakan seorang ulama' dari mesir. Dia dari mazhab Shafie. Jadi banyak fatwa yang dikeluarkan oleh beliau diguna pakai oleh pengikut mazhab shafie yang lain. Sebab nya mudah, kebanyakkan ulama' bermazhab imam shafie, belajar di mesir. Lebih tepat lagi di universiti Al-Azhar. Mungkin saya patut katakan, ramai ulama' di malaysia yang belajar di sana. Apa sahaja yang dikatakan oleh beliau, mempunyai kesan yang besar kepada penganut agama islam di Malaysia.

Persoalan nya, kenapa fatwa dipilih-pilih ? Yang sesuai dengan nafsu diikut dan yang tak sesuai dengan nafsu di tolak dengan berbagai alasan.
Saya pernah dengar satu cerita,
Manusia ni, kalau satu ustaz bagi tahu dia yang melakukan satu perkara itu salah, dia akan berterusan bertanya seorang demi seorang ustaz, sehinnglah dia menemui seorang ustaz yang mengatakan perkara yang dilakukan itu tidak salah, walau pun tidak betul.

Fatwa asal yang mengatakan interest haram
The eminent Muslim scholar Sheikh Yusuf Al-Qaradawi, states the following:
"The interest on bank accounts is unlawful or haram because such interest is an increase of money made without effort or trade.
Fatwa yang mengata kan kenapa interest bank halal
This fatwa follows the Azhar view that interest is simply a form of profit on a mudarba and characterises the depositor-bank relationship as that of an investor and his investment agent and legitimized collection of a fixed profit percentage (interest).
